Paris
Paris is another city that I've returned to more than once. There is something about strolling along the Champs Élysées that is impossible to match. The city is always clean (due to the sweepers that cross the city in its early morning hours) and the boulevards are wide, placing pedestrians a little further away from the cars than in most older cities. And, of course, the palace at Versailles (now surrounded by suburban homes) is unequaled.
